This sophisticated residential space was a joy to design and build. After removing a deck, work needed to be done to the roof membrane to maximize drainage. Gas and electric were modified to accommodate an outdoor grill, fire table and other outdoor appliances. Eco-cladding covers the “doghouse” structure and a gated cedar screen was installed to hide the air conditioning units. All flooring components are on a pedestal system that including heavy duty grating under the artificial turf and putting green. Elegant porcelain pavers make the best light weight, long-lasting, low-maintenance modular flooring. The veranda offers full shade and coverage to BBQ in the rain! This full service outdoor kitchen includes a stainless grill, sink, refrigerator, ice maker and ice bin. The undulating putting green with integrated planter boxes is a golfers dream! Custom glass and stainless railings highlight the views and add safety. Automated irrigation was integrated in all planter boxes to sustain annual and perennial plants. Low voltage LED accent lighting adds functionality and ambiance to the evening garden. Multiple lounges for dining, seating and sunbathing make this outdoor living space very easy to enjoy.
