Starting at the top, the rooftop bar and lounge create a party-ready atmosphere with a one of a kind rounded bar, bar stools and built in benches around a fire table for inviting ambiance perfect for social gatherings. The space is enhanced by custom metal and cedar privacy screens, atmospheric lighting, and beautiful planters filled with annual flowers and birch trees, adding a natural touch to the urban setting.

The garage rooftop deck offers a more relaxed area for family gatherings, equipped with an Urban Bonfire outdoor kitchen, a custom metal and cedar pergola, privacy screens, cozy seating, and vibrant planters. It’s the perfect spot for cooking, dining, and watching TV while enjoying summer days with family and friends.

Rooftopia redesigned the front landscape of the residence, adding hedges for privacy, a custom round bowl planter featuring greenery, and modern round lighting fixtures to highlight the home's clean, minimalistic vibe. The landscape is balanced with annual planters that add color and texture, offering an elegant and welcoming entrance.
